I'm a US women's 8.5, but have very low pinky toes and an index toe longer than my big toe. Which is all to say I have pointy ass feet that might even be considered wide, and so I knit a left and right sock with assymetrical toe boxes. I almost always have this on my needles. Techniques: * Turkish cast-on * 2x2 rib * Sewn bind-off Materials: * A heavier/tighter sock blend. I like either JaggerSpun Mousam Falls Sock or Cascade Yarns Heritage. => https://www.jaggerspunyarn.com/spun-yarns/sock-yarn/ => https://www.cascadeyarns.com/product/heritage * 2.25 mm needles. I love and actually prefer double-pointed needles, but keep losing them, so am now resigned to fixed circulars. # Instructions Setup (both socks) 1. Cast on 32 sts using the Turkish-cast on. 2.
